This wonderful 3 bedroom cottage is located in Lavigne, on "Avenue du Lac". It is the only cottage on this 6 acre Lakefront Property. It is just minutes by car from the resort. This allows you to enjoy the resorts pool if you want to. By water the cottage is so close you can even use the pedal boat or canoe to drop by for a swim and a visit. This property boasts over 200 + private feet of frontage on Lake Nipissing.
